Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

7.1We offer the right to return or exchange eligible products for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
7.1.1Items must not be used, damaged or altered in any form. They must be in original condition.
7.1.2Original tags and packaging must be intact.
7.1.3Proof of purchase must be provided.
7.1.4Returns or exchange of orders following the 7 days' period will be at the discretion of Maison Maud and will only be applicable regarding defected or damaged items. Maison Maud will examine the returned products to determine and verify any defects before issuing a refund or replacement.
7.1.5Approved refunds will be processed within 15 Business Days after approval to the original method of payment. Bank/payment provider processing times may vary and are outside our control.
7.1.6Items may be labelled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable items, such as some accessories, personalized or customized products, clearance or final sale items.
7.1.7To process a return or exchange, contact us at info@maisonmaud.ae and provide the order number and reason for return/exchange.
7.1.8Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
