At the moment, we do not offer size adjustments, as our collection is limited to one exclusive bag.

Can I get the leather wet?
We advise keeping your leather dry. If it does get wet, gently pat it with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
How do I protect against scratches and scuffs?
Handle your bag with care and store it in its dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects.
Who can repair my item?
Maison Maud offers repair services for our pieces. Please contact us directly for any repair requests.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the UAE. However, we welcome inquiries for international orders — please contact us to discuss options.
How long does shipping take within the UAE?
Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days within the UAE.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items in their original condition. If the item is a handbag, ensure that it is returned with its authenticity card, placed in the zipper pocket, as handbags without the card cannot be accepted for returns or repairs.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team with your order details to start the return process. Ensure the item is securely packaged, includes the authenticity card if the particular item is a handbag, and is in its original condition to prevent delays.
Do you offer personalized or bespoke options?
At present, Maison Maud focuses on our exclusive curated collection, so bespoke sizing or customization is not available.
